DANCE CLASSES
          In the DANCE classes you will learn bellydance technique, movement to the music, coordination and greater muscle control which can lead to a firmer more supple body. The classes are fun and supportive and give you confidence. You will learn typical dances from Egypt, Turkey, Lebanon, and the Gulf  and have the opportunity to perform.  All of this to the hypnotic sound of middle eastern music!

Farida has been running her popular bellydance classes in Christchurch for the last 20 years. For the classes you need to wear clothing that is not restricting like tights/tracksuit and a fitting T-shirt or crop top. The classes are suitable for all ages and shapes.
