DANCE CLASSES

          In these classes you will learn bellydance technique, movement to the music, coordination and greater muscle control which can lead to a firmer more supple body. The classes are fun and supportive and give you confidence. All of this to the hypnotic sound of middle eastern music!

Farida has been running her popular bellydance classes in Christchurch for the last 20 years. For the classes you need to wear clothing that is not restricting like tights/tracksuit and a fitting T-shirt or crop top.
